We offer this printable version of just a small sampling from two of our many private party menus. Menus are available to meet the needs of any size function or private party, such as wedding receptions or wedding rehearsal dinners. |

Sample Menu No. 2 :: The Plumeria Dinner Menu This menu is available for groups of up to 30 people. The Plumeria Menu is not available for Beach House Lawn dinners. First Course Select one for your custom menu. Grilled Prawns - with guava cocktail sauce or Crab Cake of Spanner and Blue Crab with roasted red pepper aïoli, crispy capers & Sheldonia Farm micro greens Second Course Select two for your custom menu. Guests will choose one second course on the evening of the event. Seafood Corn Chowder - with fresh crab, thyme and sherry or Omao Organic Lettuce - with roasted sesame orange vinaigrette or Crisp Romaine Lettuce - with parmesan herb croutons & Caesar dressing or Watermelon Salad with caramelized macadamia nuts, gorgonzola cheese, Omao greens red onion, carrot & raspberry vinaigrette Third Course Custom menu will include filet mignon, oven-roasted chicken breast & one fish selection. Please select one choice of fish for your custom menu. Guests will choose an entrée on the evening of the event. All entrée selections will be served with garlic mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables. Filet Mignon - with port wine demi-glace Oven-roasted Chicken Breast - with port wine demi-glace (Select one fish entrée to be offered on your custom menu) Macadamia Nut Buttered Mahimahi - with citrus aka miso sauce or Wasabi-crusted Snapper - with lilikoi lemongrass beurre blanc or Grilled Kauai Fresh Fish - with ginger lime beurre blanc 65.00 per person - plus 4.166 tax & 19% service charge Coffee and hot tea are included.
